You learn by doing, with AI agents by your side.
Every course teaches you a topic in depth and has you apply it to your case: your customers, your proposition, your agents, your cash. The authors and their theories support that work.
The four passes of every course
Every course goes over the same idea four times. In the first, the house provides everything; in the last, you work on your own business and the tutor only asks and reviews.

01
The idea
The theory in a short video, with its author and a verified public case.

02
Worked case
The same theory applied step by step to an example business that stays with you across the route.

03
A case from your industry
A business from your own industry, half built, for you to complete. Your agent checks your work against the rubric.
- Who brings the case
- Your agent, with your profile
- Role of AI
- Checks against the rubric
-
04
Your business
The full task on your own business. Your agent asks questions, checks each criterion quoting your work and points out your next step.
- Who brings the case
- You
- Role of AI
- Asks, reviews each criterion and marks the route
House supportYour work
An agent that knows your work
Your agent knows your business, your goals and the rubric for each task. It asks you questions, checks your work criterion by criterion, shows you where in your work each comment applies and tells you what comes next. The decisions about your business are yours.
You: Here's my academy's main loop, with its K.
7:02 PMReadEvery student who finishes a course gets a code to give away the first class. Out of every 10 who finish, 4 invite someone, and 1 in 4 of those invited signs up. A full cycle takes about 6 weeks.

1The loop closes: output becomes input Done
gets a code to give away the first class
Every student who finishes brings the next one. The cycle is complete.

2K comes from your data Done
4 invite someone, and 1 in 4 of those invited signs up
With your data, K = 0.4 × 0.25 = 0.1 per cycle.

Choose which lever you'll move first, raising K or shortening the cycle, and the number you'll measure it with.
Agent: You're doing great. Pick your lever, give it a number and send it back.

Your file grows course by course
Every piece you finish is saved in your file: your customer map, your proposition, your cash flow, your agents. The next course starts from there, because your agent reads what you've already done.
Your data, your case and the AI models
The topics and cases you work on are private. Only you and your tutor see them, and they aren't shared with other students. When we show what people are studying, we use general topics added up, without names or cases.
We work with third-party artificial intelligence models. HIKI doesn't develop those models and can't guarantee how they behave or every answer they give. What is in our hands, we look after: we keep each student's data isolated, nobody sees anyone else's and we never mix it between people.
That's why every submission goes through your review and your tutor's, and nothing goes to third parties without your authorization. If you want to publish a piece, on LinkedIn for example, you authorize it piece by piece and can withdraw that authorization whenever you like.
